For most tours, we offer a hassle-free 24-hour cancellation policy.

Full Refund: Simply call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to cancel or reschedule for any reason.

Late Changes: Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Group & Private Bookings
Specific timelines apply to larger groups and specialized services:

Groups (9+ guests) & Private Transfers: 7-day notice required.

Private Sightseeing: 30-day notice required.

Custom Groups: Notice periods may vary; we will notify you if a longer window applies to your specific booking.
Important Terms
Operator Cancellations: We may occasionally need to cancel or move a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund from A&J Explorer Inc.
Liability: Please note that A&J Explorer Inc is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your time with us.

Pet Policy
To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we do not allow pets on our tours or private transfers.
Service Animal Policy

Tour Operations & Liability

Attendance: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, missed departures, or any portion of a service that goes unused.

Personal Property: Please mind your belongings; we are not liable for any personal items damaged during transit.
