Cancellation Policy

For most tours, we offer a hassle-free 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • Full Refund: Simply call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to cancel or reschedule for any reason.

  • Late Changes: Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Group & Private Bookings

Specific timelines apply to larger groups and specialized services:

  • Groups (9+ guests) & Private Transfers: 7-day notice required.

  • Private Sightseeing: 30-day notice required.

  • Custom Groups: Notice periods may vary; we will notify you if a longer window applies to your specific booking.

Important Terms

Operator Cancellations: We may occasionally need to cancel or move a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund from A&J Explorer Inc.

Liability: Please note that A&J Explorer Inc is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your time with us.

Pro Tip: Always double-check your confirmation document, as any specific terms listed there will override these general policies.

Pet Policy

To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we do not allow pets on our tours or private transfers.

Service Animal Policy

  • Accredited Service Dogs: We welcome trained service dogs with proper documentation, provided you notify us in advance.

  • Emotional Support Animals: Please note that emotional support animals are not permitted on our services.

Payments & Pricing

  • Credit Cards & Financing: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

  • Currency Option: You can complete your purchase in CAD

  • Booking Requirement: Reservations must be paid in full via credit card at the time of booking.

  • Rates: Quoted prices are subject to change until your booking is finalized. Please note that prices do not include GST or local taxes unless specified.

  • Additional Costs: Certain excursions may require extra fees (such as backcountry/river permits, entry tickets, or airport taxes) that are not included in the base price.

Tour Operations & Liability

  • Itinerary Changes: While we strive to follow the scheduled itinerary, tour length and routes may be adjusted without notice due to weather, traffic, roadwork, or group dynamics.

  • Attendance: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, missed departures, or any portion of a service that goes unused.

  • Personal Property: Please mind your belongings; we are not liable for any personal items damaged during transit.

  • Gratuities: Tips for our hardworking tour guides are not included in the tour price but are always sincerely appreciated.
