  • How long is the tour?
    - The tour begins at 7:00 am in Calgary and brings you back at around 4 pm, approximately 8 hours.

  • ​Where is our pick-up and drop-off?
    - You may choose the pickup & drop off points of Canalta Lodge Banff, Travel Alberta Canmore Visitor Center, or Delta Calgary      Downtown Hotel. The confirmed pick-up and drop-off location will be confirmed.

     

  • ​What does the tour include?
    - Transportation, Free Park Entrance, Expert Tour Guide
     

  • Is there a lot of walking involved?
    - No, it just takes a few mins to reach the viewpoints

     

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    - There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 24 hours before your booked tour.

     

  • Will I see wildlife on the tour?
    - There is a chance of seeing wildlife on the tour, and we often spot animals, we do not guarantee seeing wildlife on any of our tours. Our guides have a lot of knowledge about the animals within the park and can fill you in about them if you see any wildlife or if you have any questions.

  • Should I tip my guide?
    - Tips are not mandatory but are certainly appreciated. If you think your guide did a wonderful job and would like to indicate that with a tip, it will be graciously accepted.
